Meet Jayme
I’m Jayme Lindsey, a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and the founder of Lindsey Lactation. Based in Glastonbury, Connecticut, I’ve supported families in the birth and newborn care field since 2014 and hold degrees in nursing and psychology.
As a mother of two who breastfed both children, I understand that feeding and caring for a baby can look different from what you expected. I combine clinical experience with practical, judgment-free guidance to help you feel comfortable caring for your baby and making decisions that work for your family.
Whether you need help with feeding, hands-on newborn care guidance, or overnight support, my approach is grounded in evidence and shaped around your goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, backpacking, camping, and spending time with my family.

Jayme is the reason why I was able to safely manage an oversupply, which allowed me to feed my twins and three other babies! After a somewhat challenging delivery, we were able to quickly create a pumping schedule and stick to it! She was always there for any questions I had, and there were a lot! Jayme was also instrumental in my weaning process. I was able to slowly and safely cut back on my pumping sessions until she gave me the green light to stop. I wouldn’t have been able to exclusively pump for my girls without Jayme!
