Lindsey Lactation is now partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN), making it easier than ever to receive expert lactation care. TLN handles the insurance process securely, allowing me to focus on supporting you and your family.

Best of all, if your insurance is accepted there will be NO out of pocket expense for you!

The Lactation Network works with a growing list of insurance providers as they continue advocating for expanded lactation coverage. Currently, they accept most:

UnitedHealthcare (UHC)
Aetna (AK, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MN, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, and WA)
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Rhode Island

Lactation Services

A deposit is required at the time of booking for all self-pay clients. If you prefer to use insurance, please follow the above link to The Lactation Network. For clients paying out of pocket, a super bill can be provided upon request, allowing you to submit the charges directly to your insurance for possible reimbursement. You will receive an invoice for the remaining fees, minus the retainer, after our visit.

Postpartum Support Services

Typically doula services are not covered by insurance but a super bill can be provided for you to submit directly to your insurance for possible reimbursement. It is recommended that you check with your insurance provider to see if the services are covered.

A deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking for all self-pay services. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit, at my discretion, based on the circumstances of the cancellation. To avoid losing your deposit, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
